26 minutes and several transfers later...that seems to be the norm for the first few phone calls I attempted to make to the office. Needless to say, I left Women's Health Care all together after my first and only appointment with them.
I love my Dr but there seems to be a problem with the front desk staff. What happened to go old customer services. I have called so many times for an appointment and each time the phone rings about 100 times and no one answers. However if you leave a message they will get back to you on there time. Just goes to show your just another patient some meaningless person who needs to see a doctor. Another problem is the girls at the front desk they are rude, and unprofessional. I have complained to the office manager before about another incident again nothing was done to my benefit. Hello! Without patients you would not have a job a good brush up on there customer skills might benefit this bunch of girls
Honestly i would not go to any obgyn other than Woman's healthcare, i had both of my kids with them and now my twins,and they have best midwives ever.
This place is a joke. Not professional and very out of date. Needs better technology instead of having patients sign every time they go in for a visit.People are very rude and don't care. You can tell there is favoritism and no supervisor both offices. It seems like it is high school with the receptionist always gossiping about work and personal situation. Phone system suck. Vsit take about 1 hours and a half. Work place to visit and work at. Too bad for the doctots that are great in the work.
This is the most horrible health care facility! They had me in tears two separate times in one day after talking to nurses to make a follow up visit for being in the ER and hospitalized! They clearly don't care about their patients. Being sick or having a medical need seems to just aggravate and inconvenience them. I wouldn't let my worst enemy go to this horrible rude and inconsiderate OBGYN facility. I work in the health care business and I would never speak to or treat anyone this way! I wish I could give them negative stars!
