The receptionist (older) chubby short redish hair is a Bit*ch with the poorest customer service skills I have ever seen. She hates her job and makes all the workers in the office suffer when she has a bad day. So if you have to deal with her GIVE HER AN ATTITUDE RIGHT BACK.
Communicative, easy to make appointments, convenient hours and sick call, great service for both my kids so far.
We love both in Newburyport office in the Haverhill office ! The staff is always incredibly friendly and super accommodating :) i’ve always had a wonderful experience. We really recommend Michael ! He listens to my concerns and actually listens. I’ve never felt silly for asking any questions
Receptionist is rude and snappy. She has a hard time finding any information and needs help finding folders that are right in front of her face. Physicians are exceptional. We transferred after a couple visits.
3 times I took my daughter here, told them the issue. Never once did they run tests on 3 different occasions, 3 different infections. I end up in the ER same night with the same diagnosis I told them I suspected. My daughter had a severe UTI recently and they did not take any urine or run any tests. Told me to stick her in the bath tub to soak her bottom due to some redness and not use wipes. I ended up in the ER same night and diagnosed with a severe UTI. Insurance did not cover the $400 medicine because a pre authorization was needed. Both insurance and ER said Dr office can approve that and this one refuses. But if someone did their job to begin with I wouldnt end up in the ER every time after seeing them. So Moral of the story. Do not bring you children here because they have ZERO compassion and do not take the time to see why your child is up day and night screaming and crying with something clearly wrong! Switching to a new PCP asap!
