Doctor Pistone is a great doctor who provides compassionate care. I was not rushed, all questions were addressed, and she performed the procedure perfectly. The office staff was amazing and very professional. The new offices are clean, bright, and well supplied with the most modern equipment available. I would recommend doctor Pistone to anyone with a podiatry concern.
Very well run office. New location in Bradford is spacious and has great parking. Office staff and Medical Assistant are very helpful, informative and kind. They are very good about trying to keep the patient flow going and good about informing you if there is a delay. Easy to make appointments. Check in and check out very convenient and easy. Dr. Pistone is very caring and professional. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and works hard to ensure your satisfaction with her services. I have gone to her for many years and will continue to do so for many years to come.
I have had very good experiences being treated by Dr. Pistone. She takes the time needed to diagnose your issue and you never feel rushed. You feel cared for. Her staff is very customer service focused and you actually may enjoy your visit. I wish more doctors offices were this good.
