At first, you think you have found a great company. They were easy to talk with and a guy named Steve even came out to look at my damaged roof. After that it all went downhill. They never gave me an estimate, I tried calling them back almost everyday over a two week period and they would always just brush me off. I tried talking to the owner, never called me back. They are a joke of a company, find another roofer. You'll just be wasting your time trying to do business with them.
I have had Lambert in once to do my main roof (and put down plywood before roofing). I also had them install gutters . They also finished installing siding and a vent... Always the highest quality work at a fair price!
My husband called on a Thursday and asked a representative to get back to him about a job we wanted done. When my husband didn't hear back from anyone by the following Tuesday, he called and asked again for someone to contact him. Still nothing. Finally, he actually went to their office and asked if someone would get in touch with him. The girl in the office was pleasant and apologetic but, in the end, no contact was ever made. Clearly they don't want any new business. A definite red flag of how they conduct themselves. If they can't take the time to return a call for a potential sale, imagine the response time when they do a job for you. There are plenty of reputable contractors out there who actually want to earn your business that you don't have to waste your time or energy trying to deal with them.
I recently called Lambert Roofing three times to get a simple quote for some roof work. Each time I was promised that someone would get right back to me. I NEVER received a return call. It sounds like they're under new ownership Maybe the new owner, Rich, is the problem. It's a shame!
