Scammed us on a roofing job. Terrible work, over charged us read the fine print on his contract. Rude help. 99% of the help do not speak english. No calls rerurned, see you in court
I had this company come out to do a few jobs at my home. The most important was to fix the flashing on part of my roof. They came quickly for an estimate and the man who came out was personable and seemed to know what he was talking about. After receiving the estimate I called to get the work done. I was told to send partial payment to the address on the estimate. My check was returned as undeliverable address. The wrong address is on their paperwork. I also asked to be notified when they would be coming and was treated as if it was a very stupid request. They came to do the work without my knowledge and did only 2 of the requested jobs, NOT the roof. I have made 3 calls in 2 weeks which have gone unreturned. I called again today and got absolutely NOWHERE. No apologies and no offer to come out and finish the jobs left undone. I will not have JNR gutters return to finish the job they promised as they seem to not need the business. I will make sure my payment is as prompt as their response.
