Bartender was supper nice ( big guy don't remember his name) and the rib platter sampler was worth the $20. Also everyone kept the atmosphere going even though we were the only people in the building.
I loved Uno's growing up but this location isn't very good. The past few times I've gone over the last year had not been good. Pizzas come out cold and have to be sent back. Service is slow. The food seems to be cheap and lacks flavor overall. I wouldn't recommend going here to this location.
Growing up unos was one of the better chain restaurants not sure what happened. Went the other night and was completely underwhelmed. My table ordered 2 bacon burgers, a 12.49 combo meal and chicken broccoli Alfredo. The bacon burger description states double bacon each had exactly 2 pieces , if that is double what a shame, in the combo meal the course ordered was chicken scampi which came with exactly 3 pieces of stir fry size chicken. Can not believe this can even be served as a chicken dish, it's disgraceful. The chicken broccoli Alfredo had only slightly more chicken. This place is definitely overpriced for the quality. I also noticed on other reviews the management never responds to negative reviews. I guess they don't care about their business.
I really like their curbside service which comes in handy if you have a baby with you but it really seems like the portion size suffers. My biggest complaint is they don't have butter!! Hard to imagine a restaurant that serves mashed potatoes and other veggies that doesn't have butter or anything close. If you ask for butter they being this yellow gross oil in a small bowl. I know that is what they cook with but I don't want to think about it. I usually stuck to the baked Haddock as it has always been good. Glad they took the unflamed Banana Foster off the menu! I'm a non-drinker and was intoxicated when we finished the dessert! Fun but dangerous for the unsuspecting.
We we're seated very quickly. The menu is very busy and could be laid out much simpler. This would greatly reduced the time it takes to decide what you think you want. The waitress was very responsive and pleasant. The food was well prepared and delicious. Good place for lunch and dinner.
