I was very disappointed today gave our complete order and got out salads before our drinks which came about 5 mins after salads then my daughter got her meal and I sat waiting for mine (Which were 2 sides) waitress cane over asked how everything was I said I'm still waiting....by now my daughter was near finished and waitress came back said I'd have 're order so I ordered 2 sides by now my daughter was sitting there finished for 10 to 15 mins hen i got my food to eat...menu has no vegetarian or vegan options other than to order sides. Disappointing experience limited menu and going out to eat with someone to then eat separately was not my idea of pleasant....
Food was edible. Bartender looked like she had worked about 36 hour with no sleep. Not a very pleasant experience. ....
Let me start by saying my mom and I usually love Applebee's for lunch...Today,not so much...my mom had a long hair,cooked into her food. She pulled it out of the entree and proceeded to tell I waitress and I was further disappointed after being so disgusted they took the meal off the bill but that was it didn't offer her you know a free lunch or anything at all except to take the entree off of our bill. If it was my restaurant and I saw that I would be falling all over myself to offer them something. BEYOND GROSS ENTREE,and hospitality from the manager..
Came here because it was closer than Texas Roadhouse and the kids were having a rough day. A family member told me about their steak special so we figured we would give it a try. It came with a salad and two sides and started off great. The salad was really good and the sides were good as well. The steak, however, was not. For $9.99 I really can't complain too much, but the steak looked as if it had been frozen, thawed, microwaved, and then put on a grill for a few seconds to get grill marks. It was very chewy and reminded me of bad supermarket beef. I won't be going back again for the steak. If I'm looking for a salad, I will go back again.
They have this dinner choice that is 2 dinners for $20, and you'd think you wouldn't get much, but you get a side salad and a full meal. We've ordered using that deal several times and have yet to be disappointed by the food, or the service. We usually order it for take out, but I'm sure eating in would be just as great. Wholeheartedly recommend them!
