An hour of wait time is not that bad I been at worst locations and wait more this one has a decent wait time and the staff treat you with respect and try the vest they can to get what you need great job by far from the SSA
I have to say, I have been to many ssi offices. I feel that the people in Haverhill have their act together.The Haverhill office staff was super nice, helpful and did not treat me the horrible ways Lawrence and Lowell did. I will be going to Haverhill for all my ssi needs in the future. The other offices made me feel like I was bothering them, made me feel like crap while I was there. Bad behavior with most of these places. I would even go as far as maybe some of the workers should think about retirement SOON! Haverhill was a pleasure. I have been there 2x and both times I was treated with respect and dignity. The other offices should use Haverhill as a model for customer service.

I have been to the Haverhill office twice and been very impressed by everyone there. It is such a change from the Malden office that is overcrowded and understaffed. The people are not very friendly and the wait times are long. Haverhill's system seems to work well and wait times aren't bad at all. You even see people smile at this office
Was there for a total of 30min. I agree with previous comment, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I admit I only needed to get a receipt but it was fast and easy.
