If i could give them a zero star I would. They look for a reason to say "no". They search for a reason to make you come back again. I was in tears. I researched everything i needed and i know i had everything. The short haired lady looked at my paperwork for minutes to find a reason to say "no". Asked for a manager who i think was going to let me register my boat trailer and she came over to purposefully point out a minor detail about my name that they could have let go. Im there to do what i am suppose to do legally to drive and they have a bunch of insecure control freak people working there. Misery loves company I guess. Stay away if you can.
This place is staffed by a humorless group that is on the verge of nastiness when dealing with you. No smiles, no thank you, no effort to assist in what is doubtless a baffling process. Low level government burecrats at their worst.
In general. a I think a lot of Haverhill communities are rude and ignorant. So the bad reviews about this RMV does not surprise what so ever
Don't know where to begin on how perfect this place is. The wait times were minimal and the staff was overly courteous. I'm not sure what the rest of these are going on about, every staff member I spoke with had a smile on their face and laugh to be had. The most memorable of the staff was easily Phillip, the Road Test administrator. Being insanely nervous about the test and during it, this saint of a man calmed my neurotic self down and made the 7 minute test much more enjoyable. With helpful tips during the test and a laid back casual attitude, this man should be an example for all road test administrators. I sincerely thank you for making this a staple memory in how my license came to fruition. Shout-outs to this RMV for hiring this man. If you're about to take your own Road Test, I highly recommend heading to the Haverhill RMV and seeking out Phillip as your administrator.
For the fact that this branch has to service a large portion of the north shore due to multiple closings of other smaller branches, I believe they do a great job. The attendants are helpful, and if you look up ahead of time what you need to bring you won't have any problems. Just was in and out in 20 minutes.
