Terrible place. Charged for two extra days which I DID NOT have the vehicle, because they were closed! Not my fault! And they never explained this to me when I was in the rental process.. although I asked LOTS of questions. I should have voice recorded it because they did not give me any paperwork. I had to hunt down the receipt online... I've asked to speak to a manager and he is conveniently "not there". I am having the fraud department investigate further. GO TO ENTERPRISE!!
