Love the people that work in Haverhill office. Always friendly! A little more pricey on mondays than other days but the weekend deal is great!! Only 4/5 stars because when i needed to call and extend my rental i was waiting on hold for more than 5 mins.
I've been renting from the Haverhill location for the past five years. I travel to one destination yearly and the car of choice is the Chrysler 300. The staff in Haverhill are the best, they have shown their commitment to service and making sure they satisfy my car preference. They have gone to all means to make sure there was a 300 waiting for me this last trip. They are very courteous and professional. I'm a life member of National Emerald Club and Enterprise, and rent from them whenever possible! Great service!

I will definitely be using them in the future. Matt was my service rep and couldn't have been more accommodating. There were a couple changes in my schedule and travel due to some snow and he handled the adjustments too my rental flawlessly. Also, the gentleman who drove me home, I believe his name was Eddie, was a very courteous, polite, and personable guy. Top notch service and top notch personnel.
