402 River Street Haverhill, MA, a King Realty managed building; Drug dealing in the parking lot / lobby greet this wonderful building…laundry room on second floor is beginning to collapse with part of the floor missing – issue has been ignored for sometime now with two broken washing machines that do not drain – they claim to fix them, plug them back in and collect quarters. Constant ongoing heating / hot water issues. The stairwell towards River St. is littered with trash and for sometime now and a used condom decorates the landing. This King Realty / King Weinstein managed building is not a place you want to move a family into.
and they dont even offer tobring a key down waited 45 min
the door was locked and called the office thats only a few blocks aways
