Staff is amazing! Best customer service and facilities are great, clean, dry safe and and good lighting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage.
Customer service has been great...gave me everything I needed to make the move less stressful...would recommend CubeSmart and their GM to future customers.
Cubesmart is ok except for one major thing. I have been storing there since they were A Plus Storage. When Cubesmart took over, they started raising my rent every year. I am now paying $145 per month for a 10 x 10 space. So for new renters looking for long term storage Cubesmart is not ideal. Your rent will be raised every 6 months.
This was the best Staff and so accommodating to your needs. Always pleasant. Any issue right on it. Use the Truck no problem I would use this service anytime.
A good facility. Very clean, and lots of features I haven't seen in other storage facilities. I especially liked that there's access to a moving truck.
They are very responsive when there is a problem.
