Took a workman comp case and put in just enough effort to get paid then I was on my own.. I as the client have more then the right to express my needs and desires to my attorney but Dan Finbury gets sarcastic and seemingly unaware of his smug facial affects if he hears something he doesn't agree with.. I find that utterly disrespectful, especially after having come to understand my disability.
Having to apply for disability at my young age was a daunting experience for me until I hired John Finbury and his firm to represent me. I have only kind words and much gratitude for this firm.
Right before meeting with the judge, both John and Lynda updated me as to what to expect on the day of judgement. Needless to say I was quite nervous but they put me at ease and John spoke in my behalf very well. I was granted disability that day by the judge and have John and Lynda to thank. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

I was getting nowhere on my own and when a friend recommended John, I quickly made an appointment to meet with him. I met both John and his paralegal, Lynda Killeen and right away I was put at ease. They were both sympathetic to my ordeal of having to file and did tell me that these things can take quite a long period of time to go through. They both kept me informed throughout the long process, letting me know what steps I needed to take and following up with me after. Lynda was so kind and patient with me as I tend to ask a lot of questions. I wanted everything to go perfectly in regard to what information was needed from me. No disappointments from them at all.
Although I have had some very complex affairs to administer over the years, I would never use an expensive "Downtown Boston" firm when such excellent talent is available to me locally and at far more competitive pricing.
