The staff for the most part were very nice a few Grinch's on staff but not many so that's good. However I didn't see a doctor the entire time in the ER or even after being admitted !?! They were judging my levels on labs that were over 12 hours old telling me I'm still sick but I like to think I know my body a bit better than that..... I tried telling them I felt much better but they kept on about old labs so I told them to redo my labs.... this place needs a bit of work I think... but the nurses I delt with were very nice and caring.
Has been bought multiple times to try to change the name from the stigma it has. Still a terrible hospital. Aka the hale. Aka merrimack valley
The WORST hospital in existence. I could be shot in the parking lot of this place and still call an ambulance to transport me to a different hospital.
I was admitted to the ER for a bee sting that stopped my breathing and covered me in hives. I was shaking, nauseous and feeling like death. I had no idea just what kind of trouble I was in. The staff was amazing. Never once did they make me feel scared or unsafe. They were extremely attendant and professional. I was moved up to the ICU unit for the night and the nurse there (Jackie) was amazing. I cannot say enough about what a professional, compassionate and caring nurse she is. I was kept safe, comfortable and never treated like a burden. I am lucky to be alive right now and I have this staff to thank. Thank You!!
Probably one of the worst hospitals I've ever been to. The staff was unbelievably rude. Do only nice people was a security lady. It took over 6 hours for them to just leave us in a room and never give us any updates. Meanwhile everyone was sitting down chatting with one another. Horrible horrible horrible.
