Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable, unlike the big stores where it's very hard to find someone to help you. A bit more expensive, but worth it. Close by to the surrounding Haverhill/Groveland area, and it's the place I always go when time is important (very often the case!)

They don't always have everything you may need like the big hardware stores, but this store always has great service and everyone is willing to help. Tom, the manager, is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Right as you walk in the door, someone is there to point you in the right direction.
