I had to order some flowers for a funeral for the first time ever, and Angelo was very friendly and helpful. He helped me figure out how to take the flowers to the graveside service and later to the memorial service. He opened his shop early so that I could pick them up on time. The flowers are beautiful, and we paid less than someone else paid for a smaller arrangement from another shop. I recommend his business, and he certainly will have mine next time I need flowers.
Very rude woman, I went to order online, but I wanted to add a ribbon so I called to order over the phone. It was for a casket spray, right off she tells me, all our flowers for that type of an arrangement start at 200.00, I said but your website says it is 140.00, I told her that my sibilings and I had finally decided on this one, she never offered me condolences, she was very rude and said teleflora is on that site also and they don't use their prices and their prices go up daily like our food prices do everyday, I told her I would pass her reluctance to honor the price and her feelings onto the funeral home that recommended them. I hung up and ordered them online from another site along with my own personal order. She sounded very very bitter.
I placed an order a few days in advance of my aunt's birthday and specified the delivery date. Angelo sent the bouquet a few days too early and when I called to let them know, the lady who picked up was professional and courteous. She offered immediately to credit me or if I would like, they'd send another bouquet on the correct day. Though they made a mistake, I really appreciate the excellent customer service.
From reading the reviews, it seems as though Angelo himself is a very gracious man. However, when I called this morning to order flowers, the employee...NOT Angelo, was rude, said he was unable to provide the vase I saw online but could "figure something out", and generally wasn't at all helpful. Unfortunate. This is the second time I have tried to order flowers from this shop and ended up going with another because of the employee's inability to be kind....
I went in a week ago and wanted to get a quote on bridal bouquets and the guy said he'd have the person who does them call me when she got in 1 I never got a phone I gave them a week and I still haven't heard from anyone and I had sent them an email 3 days prior and still haven't recieved anything from either email or phone. I was trying to stay local but seriously I wasn't going to be spending a lot of money and not getting any calls or emails back that's just ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere forever.
