They do a solid job, but for the price you pay, I'd expect a bit more "service" for my dollar. These guys don't go the extra mile - things like wipe downs n'such are nowhere to be seen.
Equipment didn't work. Russ tried to vacuum my car. Machine took my money but didn't work. Told attendant and was told he didn't have time for someone who couldn't operate a vacuum. I LEFT BEFORE LOTS MY TEMPER.
Manual tunnel supports vehicles up to 7'3", perfect for my work vehicle. Most tunnels only take up to 7'!
Hidden gem! Being a car buff, my vehicle does not go through a car wash. However the touchless car wash is the best. Only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is because the machines tend to run out of paper for receipts or sometimes just do not work. However, one phone call and the manager was happy to refund my money next visit in!
Went here for a car wash of a brand new car. Came out with scratches all along my driver side door. I can guarantee they were not there before, and that they were there after the wash. The manager Vinnie told me there's nothing they can do. I would never go back here. Ever.
