While picking up a friend in Haverhill, I never thought that I would be buying my next vehicle in Haverhill. As we were driving I noticed AutoFair on the side of the road, and thought why not stop in and see what all the hype is about these 2017 super duty's. Well wouldn't you know, That's all it took was for me to walk through the door and see this truck. From the first time to the last time that I met the guys at AutoFair they treated me with nothing but courtesy and respect. They respected the number that I had in my mind, as I respected the number that they had in their minds. Good salesman like Scott, Jason, managers like Mark, Nick, Wilson, and even GM's like Larry. Even when I had what I would call good questions others might call stupid questions for the service department, they answered every single one of my questions. So not only do I give the sales department kudos, but I also give the service department kudos. I guess I give the folks over at AutoFair high praise, but let me tell you they deserve it. At this time, I couldn't be more happy with the vehicle that I'm driving. I bought the F250 super duty platinum series loaded , and boy does it have a lot of bells and whistles. Jason was the man! He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. He was the last salesman that I dealt with and he made it all happen, thank you Jason. But My thanks doesn't stop there, every single name that I mentioned earlier in this review, you guys all get my thanks. Lastly, I will leave you with this, I am and will always be a Ford truck man, thank you AutoFair of Haverhill!
I just bought a 2013 used Edge Limited from here and had a great experience all around. I honestly plan to stay with these guys when I trade in within a couple of years. In the sales department I worked with Mark and Ershawn who were both extremely personable and accommodating. Ershawn took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle before I left and they all very kindly tolerated my rambunctious toddler being there with me lol. They kept their word on everything they promised in the sale and Nick in finance was also extremely helpful and accommodating with my crazy son being there.
I've had to spend quite some time there over the last couple of weeks to have a few things fixed including replacing 2 of the tires and I have to give a special mention to the service department, particularly Hannah and Myles because they were above and beyond nice to me and by far more accommodating and helpful than they needed to be for me. It's not often you come across people like them that are genuinely nice people but it shows and because of their customer service I will also stay at their service department for all of my servicing. Alexis is also great!
This was an incredibly easy and painless process and in no small part due to the people I worked with. There was no pressure, plenty of flexibility, and just a very personable staff. Please consider them, you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend this dealership and I have no problem admitting that not only was I absolutely dreading having to buy a car (I had been without a vehicle from December to March), but having to go to a car dealership for ANYTHING is by far my least favorite thing to do.
